The Vibe Scout® friction reduction tool, from Scout Downhole, is well known for its reliability and performance in mitigating downhole friction. Through axial oscillation, it very successfully transmits energy throughout the entire length of the drill string. Having drilled over 16 million feet, it has become a go-to friction reduction tool in the industry. 

The Vibe Scout utilizes drill string hydraulics to produce axial vibrations to overcome poor weight transfer, stick-slip, drag, and other common drilling dysfunctions associated with directional and horizontal drilling applications.
