In addition to constructing a new workshop, Scout has acquired a separate building dedicated exclusively to its Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS) product line and ongoing technology development. The new workshop, totaling 18,993 square feet of enclosed space, will significantly improve Scout’s ability to support growing customer demand. These improvements are expected to shorten lead times and improve response speed across manufacturing and service operations.
As part of this expansion, Scout is also revitalizing its existing workshop to improve layout efficiency and better utilize space. This deep dive includes reevaluating inventory, optimizing workflows, and retaining only the highest‑performing products currently in use.
